too many mosquitoes Water heater for bathing is not big enough

This a a large 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a two storey building. The construction and furniture is new. The bed is comfortable. It is close to restaurants and transportation. The location is excellent. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of construction in the area but that did not bother us. There is no noise at night or the evening. There are mosquitoes in the area. We got mosquito spray for sitting in the garden.

The property is clean. Professional cleaning after each guest stay would enhance the value of the property.
