The Bed was small. The arrangement of the bed was such that the bedroom door couldn't be closed.
The Chimney extractor was epileptic. It came on and off.

It was a comfortable experience, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, worthy of a home with everything I needed, I highly recommend it.
I just found the room a little small.

When we arrived at the property there was an issue which meant we couldn’t stay there (brief look round and flat looked fab). It was 8pm so not hopeful that I’d get hold of the company. They responded immediately and tried their hardest to rectify the situation. Within 1hr they had found us an alternative property to stay at. When we got there it was beautiful with everything we needed. Their prompt and good customer service turned what started out as a bad experience into a really good one. I would definitely stay with them again as service was exceptional and flat we stayed in way ideal. I know that they will have already fixed the problem in the flat we were supposed to stay in.
There was an issue with our original flat but the one they moved us to was fantastic.

It was nicely decorated, tea bags were nice.
Shower base filled with water despite slower shower setting, bed uncomfortable, smelly washing left in washing machine, fridge leaked water, no freezer, limited space to move at end of bed, flickering light in bathroom
