Situated in a rural area, this welcoming villa brings all of Castel San Niccolo within your reach. Thanks to the convenient uncovered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 8-minute walk to Arno River, or easily tackle the 8-minute drive to Poppi Castle.

Relax by the seasonal outdoor pool (enjoy the sun loungers!) or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features beach/pool umbrellas and free bike rentals. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and DVD player.

A living room, a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace are featured at this 1-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a bidet, towels, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an espresso maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
