The apartment was clean and furnishings were as pictured including the wonderful view. But, there was no toilet paper, nor soap in the toilet. I tried to contact someone and only could reach a chatbot who assured me it would be remedied. it was not. I had zero contact from anyone during my stay to see if I had gotten in and all was well. Again, the apartment itself was just as I'd expected, no disappointments there.
