Looking for something different from a hotel or traditional vacation rental? Come experience a stay in our beautiful 42-foot Tiffin Phaeton 42LH, permanently set up on a private 5-acre property just minutes from Penn State's Beaver Stadium.

Perfect for Penn State Fans
Our property is located just minutes from Penn State's Beaver Stadium, making it a great home base for football weekends, graduation, sporting events, and visits to the university.
Instead of squeezing everyone into separate hotel rooms, your group can stay together in one unique property with indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.
Bring the Family & Friends
With 5 acres of property and plenty of outdoor space, there's room to relax and spend time together.
Invite your family or friends to come enjoy the outdoor area with you during your stay. Just let us know about your plans.
Flexible Check-In & Check-Out
We understand that travel schedules don't always cooperate with standard check-in and check-out times.
We're happy to work with our guests whenever possible. Just ask!
Need to drop off your car before your check-in time? No problem. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Arrive & Start Relaxing
Because the RV is already permanently set up, you don't have to spend the first part of your vacation setting anything up.
Your bed is ready. The electricity is connected. The water is on. The RV is waiting for you.
All you have to do is arrive and enjoy.
Looking for Another Option?
We also have a vacation condo available through VRBO if you're looking for additional accommodations.
We've been hosting our condo longer than the RV, so you can also check out our other property and see what our guests have experienced.
