The host was very professional and friendly in her communications through WhatsApp, although we never met. The location and Check-in/Out instructions were clear and simple. Bus station is just a few minutes walk. The nearest tube station is almost 10 minutes by walk. There were flakes, coffee, water, apples and cookies offered by the host which is truly appreciable. The apartment is fairly spacious with a double bed in the bedroom, another double bed in the living room and also a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2.
The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and he had to wait for 40 minutes past the check-in time for the housekeeper to have it ready for us. This would have been OK and I wouldn't have mentioned it as a dislike, had the housekeeper at least smiled. We felt as if we weren't welcome.

The location is great and staff very helpful in accessing the property and flexible and timely in support. Thank you.
The main bed mattress has a major dip in it meaning my father had a poor nights sleep. The rest of us slept well.

2 ayrı metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde, Picadily, Oxford Street gibi merkezi yerlere metroyla yakın baya. Evde 5 kişi rahat bir şekilde kaldık. Biz gittiğimizde yatakların hepsi hazırlamıştı, banyo, mutfak temizdi. Ancak yerler, özellikle halı kısımları çok temiz değildi. Fiyatı da merkeze yakın olduğu için bize biraz fazla geldi.

o PA eram apenas cereais que estavam no apartamento
a cama tem um buraco enorme que não é no colchão, é no estrado, e apesar de isto já estar reportado muitas vezes, continuam sem mudar o estrado. mas foram atenciosos e compraram um colchão novo que entregaram no dia a seguir para conseguirmos dormir com algum conforto. os lencóis são pretos ou cinzentos, que não permite ver se estão devidamente limpos ou não, o que é péssimo. a localização é tranquila, mas não é nas imagens que mostram do prédio, isso é o escritório, fica um pouco mais afastado, o que para nós não correu bem, porque iamos ficar ao pé de amigos.
