We enjoyed the location, a comfortable distance from the station, the old centre, and walking distance to two boulangeries, a supermarket and several cafes situated in charming street squares. We also liked having a balcony (and its view) and air conditioners as it was particularly hot at night while we were there.
It is a comfortable and roomy apartment with all basic amenities. And the owner responded promptly and helpfully to the questions we put to her.
The shutters on the bedroom window were broken so could not be opened and we had to rely on the air conditioner to cool the room at night.
The water heater ran constantly in the bathroom although shutting the door almost blocked its sound so it was not a problem.
The lights at night were a little on the dim side.
And it would have been helpful to have clearer directions as to where to dispose of the rubbish.

Het was een zeer rustige buurt. Alles was op 5 minuutjes wandelen dus dit was ideaal. Het verblijf voorziet een afgesloten parking en het appartement voldoet aan alles wat je nodig hebt.

La position de cet appartement a côté de la gare et à quelques minutes du centre de Montpellier.

Awesome apartment. Great balcony. Comfortable couch. Workspace in bedroom. Functional kitchen. Good bed. Working Smart TV. Dishwasher. Most Short Term Rentals have one or two of these items (in working order), this particular place had them all.
We had to unclog the drain in order to use the shower, and the exhaust fan in the kitchen needed a routine maintenance cleaning. Common issues with Short Term Rentals that unfortunately happen all the time.
