The location is picture perfect within walking distance to much of what you want to do. It has a washing machine!

When we arrived at the agreed-upon time, we were told we could not lay down or use the bathroom as the water has been shut off in the building. We were exhausted from having traveled that day and were told to “wander around the city and use a bathroom in a nearby restaurant.” The staff.(Cedric) stated he was not able to clean the unit yet either, stating he will call us when it’s ready. I tried to contact him numerous times subsequently, finally walking back to the apartment. The water finally came on at seven and we were able to use the apartment thereafter. All the wild Cédric pretended he could not understand my English, and was unsympathetic to our plight. He kept telling us to go enjoy the city, when we were feeling exhausted and in need of a nap and shower. He was rude and this soured our taste for our stay there. But if you have no issues, and do not have to deal with Cédric, it is a lovely unit. We did ask for compensation for the three hours of the day that we were denied access to the unit but Cédric said he did not owe us anything as it was not his fault that this happened. Meanwhile, Booking.com reimbursed us as they agreed the management did us a disservice. You should worry if you have to deal with Cédric and problems arise. PS make sure you ask how to keep the sun out and privacy. And ask how to use the washer. There are no written instructions for anything in the apartment. Cédric does not explain anything on his own.

Easy to collect the keys for sure, i arrived late at night and was simple, although it took me a while to find the right lock box in the dark. The place was beautiful inside and the view on the windows and walking out the front door is exceptional. I love the area in Nice and it is perfect to walk everywhere and also close to the Tram to anywhere ! an amazing location and the owners where so thoughtful with the little touches, like the fresh towels, nespresso pods, and nice quality shower products xx

I had a few issues on constructions outside the bedroom window every morning and water shut off on my last day, but the team there were very attentive and they helped me out with a refund for the last night stay as a result of the issues, which made it all ok. the only other small thing is the few nights there were people hanging around the small park outside the front of the building with a loudspeaker playing rap music till late into the night, so i hope they can maybe get these people to move on in future, but otherwise everything else was great and i would definitely recommend and stay there again, i loved it !

遗憾的是窗正对通道 每个进入公寓的人都向屋里看 而且只有一个窗有窗帘 毫无隐私可言 屋主没有提及这件事 每天在房间里最怕有人经过 非常尴尬
