Everything for us was perfect. Apartment was very clean it looks exactly like in pictures, everything was thoughtful - AC, fridge, washing machine, iron, we had all and communication with the houst was easy, they answered to everything and we even had a small problem with water boiler they solved it very fast.
For us location was good, Roma termini was close, all landmarks (Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon) was also close. If you like to walk, you won’t feel those 2 ~ 3 km :))

The location of the apartment is perfect: 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and very close to the metro. The apartment itself was clean, spacious enough & had everything my partner and I needed for a week in Rome!
The bathroom is small but honestly since you have everything you need and everything is clean, I didn’t mind this at all!

Location was good, metro close by so it was easy to commute to the colloseum, Vatican etc.
The AC made a lot of noise, negatively affecting our night rest, because of the heat it was also not possible to sleep without it.
The smell at the entrance of the property was really bad, there was some maintenance going on and it smelled like sewerage; which was horrible in combination with the heat.
Also, the WiFi didn’t work properly all the time.
