Hotel Zeedijk City Centre

Good location, nice to have additional items like dental care kit, slippers, vanity kit, iron and hairdryer. 2 sets of towels. Room was quite big for Amsterdam and there was a mini fridge with snacks and drinks included. Large tv in the room.

There are pubs either side of the entrance door to the hotel and you have to squeeze through the pub seating to get to the door.

Location near Station and Transport. Nice clean rooms comfortably furnished.

The property is located over two bars who have tables and benches right outside the front door. As you have to enter a number in the keypad to gain entry, you are literally doing it right next to bar customers. Its noisy until 1-2am the sound proofing on the 1st floor isn't up to the job of peace and quiet. Street noise and noise from bars can be clearly heard despite double glazing. The stairs that you have to climb to get access to the rooms are very steep and on the narrow side. Not an easy task if you aren't very mobile or possibly slightly intoxicated. Not particularly cheap considering no breakfast included. No dinning room or bar facility at the property.

Lovely clean room with excellent staff and tasteful interior. Unbeatable location and great codes system so no worrying about losing key cards.

The only issue I have is that for the money, more toiletry items and a daily restock on the minibar would have been super lovely.

Clean rooms with good facilities

It’s not a hotel. The door to get in feels very unsafe being between two bar tables. Incredibly noisy door slamming all day and night.
