The staff were excellent & very friendly the location is great, bang in the center on one of the busiest streets with everything you could possibly need being within walking distance also there was a free continental breakfast which was a bonus which consists of bread/toast ham, cheese, chicken, boiled eggs, fruit salad with yogurt & a great coffee machine
With the hotel being on one of the busiest streets it can be a little noisy untill early hours and noisy again early in the morning when all the premises around are taking out there bins & getting delivery's. I stayed in the apartment not in the hotel so I had to climb the. Very steep stairs which are not for the faint hearted there very very steep almost like climbing a ladder which could be difficult for some especially if you have alot of luggage with you
