The overall service of the staff and the concept and experience was fabulous. It was my husbands birthday and they really made a moment out of it when we arrived. The Rooftop space was a fantastic place to chill. The loft room had everything that you could need including a stove and dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were very cool and well laid out - perfect urban apartments! The lofted beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice as well. The shower was nice with both a handle and rainfall option. Everything was clean and felt good to use. The upper level cafe was super cool; nice greenhouse and outdoor seating to hang out in, free first welcome drink, great place to work if needed. The staff was super nice and very helpful, worked to take care of everything we needed and were really top notch.
It was pretty expensive, though that may just be Amsterdam as a whole. Our shower leaked, but the front desk took a look at it immediately and offered to switch our room which was really nice.
