Large, functional bedrooms with tilting windows for fresh air. I had a picturesque view on a quiet Amsterdam sidestreet.

Bathroom is functional but a bit worn out.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig nahe dem Bahnhof Muiderpool von dort kann man direkt zum Flughafen fahren. Auch halten vorne an der Kreuzung mehrer Strassenbahnlienen mit denen man gut in die City kommt. Um das Hotel gibt es auch ein paar Wirtschaften und Gelegeheiten zum Frühstücken. Diue Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Die Tepiche in den Gängen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sört aber nicht weiterhin, weil in den Zimmern glatte saubere Böden sind. Die Rezeption ist eher hip gehalten und vielleicht eher was für jüngere Leute. Bei einer Frage nach lokalem niederländischen Essen musste erst an der Rezeption gegoogelt werden.

The room was very comfortable and I asked for the bathtub and it was a relaxing moment after work. The bed was comfy and the coffee machine and tea were a great way to start the day.

The reception was very disorganized. I paid for breakfast during my check-in and during my whole stay every day that I was going to have breakfast (which was overpriced in my opinion) the waiters were claiming they needed to charge me again. I went to the reception after the first time this happen and they did not fix. On my checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast and just luckily I had asked for the receipt to send to my employer after the checkin so I could easily prove it was paid already. So much confusion for nothing.

Restaurant/hotelbar was gesloten tijdens ons verblijf, vieze drinkglazen op de kamer en het ontbijt viel ons wat tegen.

Le lit est confortable, le personnel agréable, la décoration travaillée. De nombreuses lignes de tram et train à proximité pour rallier De Pijp et le centre (mais du coup bruyant).

J'ai trouvé les prestations d'un niveau inférieur à ce que l'on pourrait attendre pour une nuitée à ce tarif-là : le bouton des toilettes était cassé, la température de la douche non constante, les bruits de la rue sont dérangeants et le petit déjeuner est bien mais franchement pas au niveau pour un prix de 20€.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home and arranged for extra space for us to disassemble and pack our tandem into its travel suitcases.
