The owner was in constant contact with me about aspects of the property - parking, WiFi, etc. Quiet area. Very clean and comfortable - beds were great. Everything was as expected location was great (we wanted to be relatively near Pins Mechanical around E Carson Street) Kids loved staying there. Loved the light on the street number as we arrived after dark.
Nothing not to like.

Nice 3-bedroom house. One bathroom. Kitchen full of kitchenware for 8 people, it was easy to have breakfasts at home.
Free parking outside, good wifi. The owner was very efficient in giving instructions for the arrival, key code for the front door.
Only one bathroom. ~20 minutes from the city center.

Our host was great! He was easy to reach and very responsive. There were a few tweaks we suggested to make the space a bit more cozy including adding some top sheets and ice trays. Overall, the space was very clean and comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again.

It was perfect. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Great parking. Although it wasn't necessay for me this time, they do offer offer the option to check out late with a fee. Which I think is great. I wished I would have stayed here on my last two visits to Pittsburgh because I definatedly needed a later check out time. Which was not an option at the last houses I stayed in.
The only thing I did not like was that when we came back to the house late in the evening, we we kind of afraid to get out of the car because there was a skunk in the yard, We watched it go under a bush on the right side of the front entrance. And I did'nt want to leave. but after 15-20 minutes, I just decided to take a chance. I thiought if i ignore the skink, it will ignore me. I was correct. No isseus. Also, i believe it may have been trash night, which seems to lure skunks out.
