The bathroom is a bit on the small side and the flat was facing the main street so it was noisy. Other then that, it's close to everything you need immediately. Lots of restaurants and mojo market up the road.

Very close to the sea promenade. Absolutely love the location. The rooms are cleaned as long as you hand the notice before 10am. Towels changed frequently. View from the balcony is great if you like viewing streets and cars

The location is very convenient. Sea Point Promenade and various shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, so renting a car isn't necessary if you aren't travelling by car.
The apartments are too small, in my opinion. There's only on street parking available which didn't feel 100% safe. The noise from the street below is constant and became overwhelming.
