The location and size of the property
There could have been an air conditioner not a fan. Also the standing fan did not blow well

Great size apartment, perfect location with everything in walking distance, fully kitted out kitchen.
Be aware it is all open plan, so no divider between the sofa bed and normal bed. Sofa bed however was not comfy at all :(

Great location in Vieux Nice
The studio has small windows which makes it hot on hot days, it is loud at night as it's right next to rubbish bins getting emptied each night, the equipment is of low quality - many things were in a deteriorated state. Not good price to quality ratio at all!
