This penthouse South Beach Club villa offers stunning views of the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island from the top floor of one of Sea Pines' most coveted beachfront communities. We had a big family staying here and everyone from my two year old to my 82 year old grandpa loved it!! Would highly recommend!

The condo and location is lovely. There should be a couple of improvements.
Mattress in one of the larger rooms MUST be changed! There are gallows on both side, old and crushed like an old horses back.
There was fungus growing in the drain in the master bathroom
The towels had to be washed before using as they smelled of mold.

We had a great time.
We will not likely return partly due to the inconvenience of being allowed only two parking passes. While I understand the need to limit vehicles on the property, it was quite inconvenient to have one of our vehicles parked miles away.

The penthouse is in wonderful shape and the location is perfect for a quiet get away. We plan to stay here again without a doubt!
