Great peaceful location for my wife and I and our 18 and 20 year old sons to use as a home base to explore Zion, Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area for a few days.

Beautiful place, inside and out! Beware there are not many food options close by in April but the kitchen is wonderful, just need to plan ahead to find groceries.

If I could give six stars for location, I would. Beautiful solitude in a well appointed home. As long as you don’t mind the wrinkles of being out in the country (limited access to groceries, you have to pack out your trash at the end) the location, accommodations, comfort, and cleanliness are amazing.

House immaculate and amazing view! We have been hiking Bryce Canyon. And rare for us - we decided to eat dinner in one night so we could enjoy the house and beautiful landscape.
