On the first floor, you enter through the veranda, the real living room of the house. There is also the kitchen, the living room-library with video projector, the bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, a second toilet under the stairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher.
On the first floor, you have three large bedrooms, two of which have views of the ocean, one with a view of the Laoual pond. Storage space allows you to store your personal belongings. Bedroom 1 has a large tropical wooden terrace with a view of the Pointe du Raz, the Vieille lighthouse and the island of Sein on a clear day. In the evening, an aperitif at sunset over the Bay is an unforgettable moment.
Wifi is available in all rooms of the house.
Access to the second floor remains private but is not occupied during your rental.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is attached to the house. A fridge is private as is access to the laundry room upstairs.
The exteriors have a large garden with a terrace equipped with two large tables, parasols and deckchairs to enjoy the calm and the Breton sun.
Bicycles, lent under the responsibility of the tenants, allow you to go for a walk on the wild and hilly roads of Cap Sizun.

The house has in an annex a fully equipped independent studio with bathroom and kitchen, completely new that can accommodate a couple for an extra charge.
