Check in was easy, hosts were communicative, we didn't have any maintenance issues, property was clean, we were right near the beach and near the bustling part of the city, but far enough away that it was quiet at night and we could always find street parking, which was great. Internet was good, washer and drier were outside the lower unit. Downsides were that it could use a bit more storage for clothes in the upstairs unit, the property could use a little maintenance TLC, if you wanted to cook there was no oven but a very modern induction cooktop, and it was not a lot of space. For us, though, it was perfect for two low-hassle families with kids for a rock-climbing-and-beach vacation.Would definitely stay there again.

The house was located in a good enough area, but there was an air condition leak and a large puddle in one room. It was not taken care of while we were there, and we were offered no discount. The property is in need of some upkeep; things are moldy and out of date. This place is not connected it is two separate floors with no connecting area either.
