This stylish and spacious rental is located in North Highlands, just minutes from I-80, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy a TV with Netflix (living room) and high-speed internet. It’s an ideal place for visitors, families, and business travelers.
The Space
This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex.
Each bedroom has a queen-size memory foam mattress with a pillow top, fresh linens, and two pillows.
The living room features a large, comfortable sectional sofa, a TV, and a dining area for enjoying meals.
A crib, extra pillows, towels, and blankets are available in the hallway closet.
A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, garage, and a private fenced backyard.
Other Things to Note
There is a $20 fee for each additional guest not included in the reservation.
A $500 penalty will be charged for parties — no parties allowed.
Guests will be charged for any damage or missing items.

I got to park my car inside the garage, and everything was clean.

The host was very responsive. Two times she quickly sent a handyman to make the heater work.This place has 2 full bathrooms, which is exactly what I needed.

Generally my relatives had a good stay for 5 nights.
They had a small issue but it was easy to communicate with the owner and the problem was resolved very quickly.

The condo was nice: however the furniture was not comfortable or useable in reality. Very poor quality of chairs and couch. Our family was afraid to sit anywhere without it breaking. Sorry to say it was not a warm and friendly environment. Luckily we got there late at night, slept and got up early and left. The refrigerator was very dirty on the outside appearance as well.
