AC Hotel by Marriott Burlington

Friendly staff when we checked in at 10pm, especially a lovely lady with red hair! A very helpful girl behind the bar who gave us lots of information about Burlington. The cleanliness was exceptional and the bed very comfortable. A very good location, walking distance from places to eat, shop and the lake.

Very overpriced for what we got. I had to ask 3 times for extra tea and milk for the room. No daily room service, which was a very big disappointment for a hotel of this price, hence the reason why I had to ask for extras. The room looked out onto the back of the hotel. This was a building site with construction starting at 6.30, & workers at the level of the hotel windows. Although we got a small amount of compensation for this on checkout, and it was beyond the hotels control, visitors should be warned in advance. Had we had a room on the front with a view our experience would have been different. There was a bottle of water on arrival but nothing else justify the price and make it a special experience.

Clean, friendly

Wish it had a much more dinner restaurant

Perfect, very walkable location. Very fast valet service in the morning. Beds were very comfortable!

Very modern, minimalist decor, which is fine, but not my cup of tea. Price was high for what the room was.

The hotel and room were very clean and it’s a great location.

No parking, No WiFi unless a Member, Odd Coffee maker that didn’t work. No complimentary breakfast. Bathroom had basics only.
