8 / 10Eccellente·mag 2026
Hotel is directly across the street from a modern shopping mall with lots of food choices. There’s a John Lewis department store. Walk through t the mall’s other side to find a major bus center including the Oxford bus to Heathrow. The hotel has 2 guest elevators, only one of which worked during my 4-day stay. Breakfast was fine, but the same everyday. Its not on the buffet, but you can ask for porridge (oatmeal.)
Rooms were well-sized. I requested daily light housekeeping. The first day after being out all day, I returned to find the room had not been serviced. Pretty promptly , someone brought clean towels and threw the bed together while I waited in the lobby.
