Inside, the open layout makes it easy to relax and reconnect. The living room is furnished with soft, cozy seating and a TV, ideal for winding down after a beach day. What really sets this space apart is the panoramic view of the Gulf, visible the moment you step inside. Enjoy your mornings on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee and the calls of shorebirds in the background, or take in the sunset with your favorite drink in hand.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prep local seafood finds or casual meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. This property met every expectation. It was clean. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. And, the view was amazing. Also, I really have to compliment Benchmark Management. They were so accommodating! Every time I called them, a real live person answered the phone and immediately took care of every question or issue that we had. I will definitely be using them again for my next trip!

We liked it. Easy access, condo was clean. Wish they had supplied hair dryers in the bathrooms. Also wish they had given us the beach access code when we checked in. But other than that, it was perfect

Million dollar view. Facility was clean. Furniture was comfortable. Overall condition of the unit needs to be upgraded in order to continue attracting customers at current rate. Unit has been "rote hard, put away wet".
