I recommend this accommodation. It's perfect, just like the photos. Or even better.

Property was spacious. Rooms were big.
Kitchen had enough utensils and spacious.
Restaurants, shops and buses nearby.
Bathroom was big and modern. Loved it.
Futon was really low and uncomfortable. Too hard to sit on for long but manageable.
Living room area was too tiny. Not much of a big deal if you’re few in number.
Pls Provide fan in the living room area since it’s open plan kitchen, when you’re cooking it becomes too hot in there.
Little Spiders in the rooms, pls spray regularly to get rid of them.

The location was perfect! Buses, restaurants, shops and groceries right there and open quite late too. Buses leave for downtown every five minutes or so. Table and six chairs folded up easily and put out of the way. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. TV was huge and perfect too. Beds were really comfortable and even the extra cot was comfy.
Only issue was a low futon in living area. Too bad no lawn chairs outside to enjoy the patio but we just carried our chairs outside.
