Great location, very quiet area and just round the corner from the zoo, very handy to get a bus into the city centre from the zoo stop. Would also be idea if going to a game at Murrayfield.
Beautifully kept, very clean and tidy.
Has tea/coffee making facilities which is handy.
Parking on drive is good.

It was quiet and close to Edinburgh Zoo.
The location up a steep hill, very basic amenities and being asked to give a 5* review.
