BAHIA TERRAZA – duplex with a large private terrace and sea views

BAHIA TERRAZA is a truly special apartment located directly on the seafront promenade in Villajoyosa’s Old Town, within a traditional fisherman’s house and offering spectacular front-line views over Playa Centro and the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is located on the second floor and the building does not have a lift. As it is a duplex, the large private terrace is located on the upper level and is accessed via internal stairs.

The terrace is undoubtedly the main highlight of BAHIA TERRAZA. It is a spacious private solarium of approximately 35 m² with open, privileged views over Playa Centro in Villajoyosa. It is a unique place to enjoy breakfast by the sea, relax in the sun, feel the Mediterranean breeze or simply take in the bay from one of the most special locations in La Vila Joiosa.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Both bedrooms and the living room are exterior-facing, bringing in plenty of natural light and allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze when the windows are open. The apartment is bright, welcoming and pleasant throughout the day.

It also features a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine. The accommodation also includes air conditioning, heating via heat pump, WiFi, television and an iron.

Its location is exceptional. BAHIA TERRAZA is situated next to Playa Centro in Villajoyosa, directly on the seafront promenade and just a few steps from restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the colourful streets of the Old Town.

What makes this accommodation especially unique is the combination of an authentic fisherman’s house, a large private terrace directly by the seafront and spectacular views of the Mediterranean. There are very few apartments with a terrace of this size and character in this part of Villajoyosa’s Old Town.

During your stay, the HappyVila Apartments reception team will be available to assist you with any questions, recommendations or needs related to your accommodation in Villajoyosa.
