Located on the Newport Beach Peninsula this Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Home sits directly on the Boardwalk with an oversized Private Patio.
This unit is located on the Ground Level of our Oceanfront duplex, our home includes 1 King Sized Bed, 1 Queen, and two twin sized beds.
Our home includes 1 Car Garage Parking, Free shared laundry, Smart TV, Cable, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Bed Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys, and Sand Umbrella.
Our rental home includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), Smart TV & Cable, Outdoor patio on the Boardwalk, on-site Parking, and much more!

This rental has wonderful outdoor space. The roomy patio sits right on the boardwalk for great people-watching and easy access to everything in the area.
Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits out on the beach near the pier and you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.
For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

It was clean with comfortable beds, walking distance to lots of dining and shopping, very close to Balboa Pier and Balboa Fun Zone. About 30 minutes to Disneyland and about 8 minutes to Newport Beach. Everything we needed for fun at the beach was in the garage. Host was very easy to communicate with. Parking was difficult in the very small garage but additional parking was close by, although expensive.

Property was great, location was fantastic. My family loved it. We made the best of a sad situation and the patio was the perfect medicine for our broken hearts.

For the price this was a good rental. It’s definitely not on the the high end in terms of the condition of the property/furniture but you are literally right on the bike/walking path and the sand. The actual water is a bit of a walk (about 450 feet) and you can’t actually see the ocean from the lower unit.
Garage parking was tight for larger vehicles. We were driving a gmc Yukon and had to back in with mirrors folded in. It fit with less than an inch to spare when closing the garage.
Wifi worked good but available tv channels were not great. We used our YouTubetv login and it worked great. All appliances were in working order, the unit has a washer/dryer that is shared with the upstairs unit.
You can get some noise from the upstairs unit but they were respectful of the quiet hours and we didn’t have any issues sleeping.
If you are looking for a spot close to the beach for a reasonable rate, it’s a great rental.

This location is great but I would not stay here again. If your goals are beach time, eating out for all meals and not much down time in the house then this is the perfect place for you.
- The garage is extremely narrow and if the other unit is rented it will be a challenge to fit two average to small size SUVs side by side.
- Majority if not all of the pots/pans that are nonstick are heavily scratched and not safe to cook with.
- The AC works great in the bedrooms, but there is only one vent into the kitchen/dining/living room and boy it was hot.
- No fans in the bathrooms- hot and sticky.
- Screen door to the patio is on its last legs, difficult to impossible to close so we had so sacrifice the breeze to control keeping flies out.
- Ants invaded the kitchen the second night of our stay.
Property company is very communicative and I would probably rent from them again, but this unit needs some upgrades/work.
