Spacious. Great location.

Located in a desirable location. There is a breakfast place, Valois, about a block away (cheap, good eats). The pizza place directly across the street had great pasta and deep dish pizza. It's a great location for easy access to downtown Chicago, Chinatown or the museums. The property was extremely clean and getting into the property was easy. I'd have given a 5 star review if we were able to shower. Unfortunately, the tub drain was plugged and none of us could shower. One of us took a military shower (only turning the water on to rinse to avoid standing in a pool of old back washed water from previous showers) and one of us just washed our hair in the kitchen sink. The owner was very responsive about the issue and offered to have someone there at 10am to fix it, however check out was at 11am and that seemed like a huge rush and besides, we had plans so none of us got to shower which isn't always a great way to start your day when you have other plans in Chicago and want to start your day clean. If we didn't have plans an offered late check out would have been nice so we could have all showered without rushing. Again, it was a very nice place and the owner was responsive.

The host was welcoming and accessible--communication was excellent and the apartment was exactly what we needed to accommodate our family. The location can't be beat, with easy access to the whole neighborhood.I hope to stay here again--would recommend to anyone staying in the area.Thank you again for a great stay!

Great location and very clean!
