Room was very clean
Bar tender at breakfast was exceptionally helpful
We had upgraded to a junior suite
We were given room 101 where the toilet door was severely restricted by the bathtub it could cause an accident and the room was small
Having raised our concern we were moved to 303 where the room was massively different in size and yet we paid for the same room There was no cutlery or crockery in the room unlike other Hilton’s we stayed in apparently this is their policy

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très propre, calme et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute des clients.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service et le soin apporté à la propreté des lieux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour agréable et reposant.
Pour ma part, j’y séjournerai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage. Une très belle expérience !
Le seul point que j’ai moins apprécié concerne les taxes et certains prélèvements qui se sont ajoutés sans explication préalable.
Il serait préférable d’informer les clients dès leur arrivée, ou même avant leur séjour, de l’ensemble des taxes et éventuels frais supplémentaires qui pourront être prélevés. Cela permettrait d’éviter les mauvaises surprises, surtout lorsqu’un client a prévu son budget en fonction du montant initial annoncé.
Une communication plus transparente sur ce point améliorerait encore davantage l’expérience des clients.

Breakfast and and all meals were very good. The wait staff were very good too.
The desk clerk was especially friendly and gave us tips on where to go.
Free electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot was a huge win.
It was far away from everything we wanted to do. But we had a car so not a huge problem.
But the neighborhood, while not ugly, was not especially pretty either: lots of auto repair shops.
There were many delays due to highway re-construction, but that was Montreal now.

This looks like a fairly new hotel.
I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. I intentionally left the bedsheets on the floor to indicate that I wanted them changed. Instead of replacing them, housekeeping simply put the same bedsheets back on the bed. This was very unhygienic and not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel
