The staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus excellent not only for flight needs but also to connect with buses from airport to go sight seeing. As our flight wasn't till late the hotel kept our luggage safe while we went off sight seeing using the shuttle bus for all connections
No other shops or restaurants within walking distance. Small pool not suitable for fitness swimming and in open area with no changing facilities.

I did always like the place
I didn’t like to pay for extra mattress and the heat in the room suite

The room was clean and well kept.
Really good house keeping.
Beds were very comfortable
Beautiful Atrium.
Beautiful lobby and lots or seating areas between the atrium and lobby
Location was not easily accessible to eateries. A lot of construction and detours in that area.
The hallways in the hotel are not clean on a regular basis. I passed same uncleared areas each day

The breakfast was too expensive and not included in charges , this was strange as most hotels provide breakfast in the package . As I saw breakfast room was empty.
The room bed in room 1137 was mounted on top of another bed making Bed like a mountain to climb which after repeated complaints was removed . The room towel hanging knob was broken and after complaints was replaced with new one . The toilet paper rod was broken with toilet roll almost falling.
