Location good. We were there for cricket at Edgbaston and the walk was a comfortable 30 mins. New Street Station was 5 mins walk away. Keys easily accessible from a local shop. Clean, good beds. Tesco supermarket right outside and some good looking Chinese restaurants. Glad it was available.
The flat needs a few extra items to get a 10. Like a full set of plates and cups, dishwasher tablets, a tea towel and an extra toilet roll. But these are very minor things. Just suggestions really and I am sure most are down to our last minute booking. Good place.
