We thought the location was good for walking the old town. Good sized room with bathtub in room shower and toilet private but across hallway and down 5 stairs. There was a kettle in the room and a good coffee machine downstairs. At night it is quiet in the room. This hotel has only 2 rooms. It is unmanned and communication is via WhatsApp which was ok . But this is not a usual hotel. The history of the building is fascinating.
We didn't like the fact you had to walk to breakfast 300ms it is not in the room as stated in booking.com. you get a voucher for coffee and a cake.
We discussed this with the owner and he is rectifying their mistake. He also bought my husband a gluten free breakfast which was a nice apology.

We loved the location, very central, lots in east walking distance. Property was very well maintained and comfortable. Antonio was super helpful and replied quickly to any queries.
The toilet and shower outside the room was a minor issue but manageable.
