The breakfast was excellent and definitely loved that it had electric blankets. The check in was a seamless process. The rooms are nice and spacious, didnt get to enjoy the rest of the facilities like the pool and restaurant, but loved how they look from the outside.

Staff super friendly and helpful
The room was noisy as it was right next to a passage door that opened and slammed closed thru the night.
Towels could do with updating
We were told that the test match(rugby) would be screened live in the bar only to find out that the bar did not have the relevant DSTV channel to screen the game

The location was near the place where we were visiting. It's was most convenient to us & very affordable. The place itself was warm & welcoming.The room was private & specious then the breakfast also was good.Staff members were friendly all the time from the gate,reception as well as dinning area. Tnx so much.
The Google map for directions was not helpful,Please can you attend this matter because it's not safe to ask from strangers.

The hotel itself is beautiful the location is good and easy to access. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, the front desk staff and housekeeping is really helpful.
The rooms were not particularly clean there were strands of silky hair on the dresser, bedside lamp and pedestal drawers were dusty and on my second night I had to use wet wipes to wipe the bedside drawers/pedestal. At breakfast the staff brought out classes and had them rested on her chest. Food stations were not replenished on time and coffee cups were not properly washed.
