The place was clean, remodeling was done using good quality materials.
The description on Booking.com is inaccurate. It is stating that the view of the room is of the mountains but in fact the view is of the house next door. Also, there is no comfortable couch or a sofa to relax on in the apartment. There is a table with chairs and a narrow wooden bench in the kitchen and only beds in the bedroom.
It is not clear from the Booking.com description what rooms have balconies. From what I could tell only the rooms with 2 bedrooms have balconies.
Our room did not have a balcony.

La casa es nueva, muy limpia y los anfitriones muy amables. Tiene parking gratis en la puerta.
El aire acondicionado solo estaba en la estancia principal.
