I had a great experience here. The staff was nice. The room was clean and the bedding was superb. The meal I had at the restaurant was delicious.

Amazing experience at Hilton Arcadia

Check-in could have been better. There were no front desk upon arrival a little after 4pm and had to wait a few minutes to get checked-in (lobby was empty). Would be understandable if this was in the evening or late at night, not a hour after check-in time. The staff member could have smiled and said sorry for the wait and did not. The front desk staff the next morning and day was more professional. She greeted me when I walked pass the desk. Otherwise the hotel is a great spot.
