The complex features a beautiful waterfront pool with a spacious deck and an impressive grilling area. Beginning Monday, December 22nd, the walkway deck coating project will proceed with demolition of the existing floor coatings during normal working hours.
This will take place on the 4th to 8th floors. There may be some noise and vacuuming for dust throughout the building.
The walkways can be used during the demolition, proceed with caution, and after demolition.
