On UGA game days, it’s only about a couple-mile walk to Sanford Stadium, making it a prime spot for fans this retreat offers the best of urban living and outdoor yet central to Downtown!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Athens. Short 5 minute uber ride to downtown. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The little house was very comfortable and very well-appointed.

The listing was quite misleading. It advertised an “onsite gym,” which in reality was a community center located across the street. It also stated there was a washer and dryer, but there were no laundry facilities available anywhere on-site. Additionally, an iron and ironing board were listed but not provided, which was especially frustrating after packing a dress and having no way to remove wrinkles.
At this point, I’m surprised they didn’t list waffle fries as an amenity, considering there’s a Chick-fil-A nearby.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
