Kamila & Terrace Boutique Hotel

Great location. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was the best we have had in all on Uzbekistan. Thank you to the kitchen staff. It was amazing!

The view was great but the roof top itself was disappointing. It was messy from an event and the stafff were juet sitting on their phones instead of tidying area up for guests. Solr nice tablecloths and cold drinks would have been a bonus. Breakfast served downstairs in that tiny room when you have a rooft top with that view was disappointing. Too many stairs to go up and down to get food and coffee if you took breakfast up there.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient location near Registan. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also helped us organize an airport transfer, which was very convenient and well arranged. We also booked a local guide through the hotel, and the tour was very interesting and informative. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Samarkand!

posizione - la terrazza con vista spettacolare

The biggest advantage of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being so close to Registan Square made sightseeing extremely convenient, and we could easily walk to many of the major attractions in Samarkand. The location is genuinely excellent.

The biggest concern was cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the washroom throughout our stay, and we could not figure out where it was coming from. This was quite uncomfortable and is something I feel the hotel should address, as otherwise the room itself was reasonably comfortable. The staff at reception could also have been a little warmer and more welcoming. They were functional and helped when required, but the overall hospitality did not feel as warm as we experienced at some other hotels during our Uzbekistan trip. Another significant inconvenience was the payment arrangement. The hotel only accepted cash, with no option to pay by credit/debit card. This was particularly surprising because even several small shops and restaurants around Samarkand accepted cards. For international travellers, having to arrange cash specifically for the hotel can be quite inconvenient.
