Very comfortable, nicely renovated room. Great location close to Pukekura Park and about a 20mins walk into the city. A a great coffee machine that made excellent coffee, a very cosy bed, and a lovely bright modern bathroom. Very clean. Great little fridge and two chocolates for me.
Just need a few more dishes to use.

Location was central to stores, eateries and major attractions within walking distance around the city. Car parking options between out front on street or in the cool eyeballs carport were super convenient. All necessary facilities provided—clean and cozy.
The bedside lamps in the picture aren't the same ones in the room. Just kidding, zero complaints. Everything was great.

Breakfast not included, just tea and coffee.
Neighbourhood was quiet and close to CBD.
Entry access was well explained and easy to use.
Coat hangers, iron and ironing board were provided.
Freestanding heated towel rail very good.
No smoke alarm.
Small frig not very stable and water had pooled in the bottom of it.
Bathroom was just a converted wardrobe and while appointed nicely the doors were flimsy.
There was no separate sink.
The small tea and coffee stand was rather unstable.
Rocking chair was uncomfortable but other chairs and drop leaf table were adequate.
