Ваша помощь и неравнодушие оставили у нас самые добрые впечатления. Особая благодарность шеф-повару Mr. Nghia за прекрасно приготовленные блюда — всё было очень вкусно и с любовью. Также хотим выразить благодарность администратору SPA-салона Mrs. Tiana, а также терапевтам Mrs. Yen и Mrs. Trang за профессиональные и приятные процедуры, внимательность и заботу. The other guests staying there. Don’t come if you are from western culture.

Outstanding design compared to others. Room was clean with modernized Setup. The best ist breakfast, absolutely amazing breakfast, even better than those 5-stars resorts in Long Beach, Cam Ranh i been to. Nice and helpful staffs, they even upgraded me to bigger room. Hotel's spa is also nice, great services compared to prices.

Nice location but the view is another hotel's window. There's one staff who works on sidewalk, it would be nicer if he actively open taxi's door and offer help with the luggage, instead of just standing there and wait to be called.

The hotel interior is nicely finished, we appreciated the welcome note in the room, and the drinks at the pool bar were good. However, good drinks and nice design unfortunately do not make up for the shortcomings in service and comfort.

Although the staff appeared friendly at first, they were not helpful when we actually needed assistance. During our stay my husband became ill and the hotel refused to help us arrange a doctor to come to the room, which was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable for a hotel of this category. In a situation involving a guest’s health, I would expect a much more supportive approach. There were also several comfort issues. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the room was quite small, and there was barely any space to store two large suitcases. Additionally, the beds were very firm, which significantly reduced the comfort of sleep. The breakfast buffet was quite average, and the cappuccino was unfortunately the worst coffee I had during my entire trip in Vietnam. Considering the hotel’s advertised standard, the food and beverage quality should be much better.
