Beautiful room with our own pool and view over the water

Staffs are super friendly and helpful The landscape around mud bath area is just magnificent The buffet exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety.

The room was quite different from what was shown in the photos when we booked. We were disappointed that the actual room did not meet our expectations.

The location is fabulous. The pool is amazing. Just fantastic. The beach is good also. The bungalows are private and spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are huge. We had no trouble getting around at all. The buggy’s came and got us whenever needed and ran us around the resort. We never waited more than about 5 minutes. It was exceptional.

This actually is t about the property. Some of the guests I gave most of the guests were rude, unfriendly, horrible to the staff and demanding. I didn’t know that Na Trang was called Little Moscow until we got there. It would actually make me question going back again because it was so uncomfortable. I feel awful because the hotel is exceptional but sadly the overwhelming number of these guests and their attitude was awful.

Some staff were pleasant, some it was a chore, like why am I here...?fruit was nice, but you needed to get no later than 9.00am as everythingis pretty much down to the last bits( breakfast shuts at 10.00am, they give you 15 minutes notice..as they don't replenish, juices or fruit or anything else for that matter

Definitely not a 5 star, pushing to get to 4 stars, room was full of dust,especially the bed head, seemed no one stayed in the bungalow for a while,not sure, handle in the shower was broken, shower pressure non existent, takes 5 minutes for the water to warm up, toilet took multiple times to flush, then it gurgles which should not be the case, front door had to be forecably closed, floors had deep scratches, decor very dated, had to ask for extra pillows as you only get one each?, towels were one day fluffy, next day like sandpaper as were the hand towels. The restaurant options were poor. The pizza i had was the worst in living memory. The chicken burger was like eating cardboard... I could go on, but overall, it was very disappointing
