This is the perfect spot for a group of hunters, fishermen or wilderness enthusiasts. This listing is for the entire 6-bedroom property.
It is far enough from Kodiak to provide a wilderness experience and close enough to pick up groceries or go out to lunch. For those who like river, pond and ocean fishing – the Pasagshak area has it ALL.
Each room has its own bathroom with shower. And this modern “bunkhouse” has a full kitchen, dining area, laundry room, freezers and sitting room with
TV and free wi-fi throughout.
Talk to your host who can provide some ADDED unique features, including: guided fishing excursions, hunter transport and guided sea duck hunts, transportation options, as well as a professional cook and/or pre-stocked kitchen.
According to the Alaska tourism site www.alaska.org, the Pasagshak area "offers recreationalists and travelers access to great fishing beaches and rivers, surf spots, state parks, and scenic views of alpine passes and ocean. There’s also a private ranch here, where (horses and cattle) wander the open lands.”
