We really enjoyed the decor and cozy feel of Eric’s place. He was responsive and friendly! The location was perfect - we went to the football game at the university of Colorado stadium. And found lots of fun places to eat along the way. The coffee shop down the road is wonderful!

Great stay with Eric! Had a great porch to hang out during the day. Beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was clean and useful. Would come again!
