Pulizia. La struttura è un po da ristrutturare

The location is excellent for this apartment in Monti. Via Urbana is great with lots of little shops and delicious restaurants and the surrounding neighborhood has a great local vibe. There is a metro stop at the end of the street which is very convenient and it's only about a 10-12 minute walk from Termini train station. It's also a very short walk to the Colosseum and Forum with a fantastic cafe for morning breakfast and coffee on the way: Bar La Licata (https://www.barlalicata.it/it/). It was only about a 13 Euro taxi ride from the Pantheon area in the evening. The apartment had 3 big bedrooms with large beds that allowed my family to stretch out and have some privacy from each other, plus there is a very cool roof deck you have access to with a little loveseat and chairs. There were lots of little patios to step out onto and take in the city, too. There was a laundry machine (though no soap) and a lift to get you to the 5th floor. Wifi worked well.

There were 2 bathrooms but we only really used one because there was a strong odor in the second. Lots of construction going on in the building which will likely make it very lovely in the future but made it feel a bit dodgy in the moment as you were getting to the unit. Felt a bit unfinished - the living room was just a couch in a large space and we couldn't figure out how to use the TV, and the roof deck furniture was a bit broken with lots of construction debris left around.
