Location, attentiveness, space and layout, secure, quiet, clean. Excellent communication. Very well thought through. The place is well equipped. The furniture is nice but somewhat better suited for couples than families, especially for a longer stay but we managed just as well with a small baby. Massive balcony. Plenty of grocery shops around and great for deliveries also. Would stay again.

We liked the apartment very much although it needs minor brushing up and some regular appliance maintenance. No microwave, baby cot was impeccable. Mattress, pillows and linens could be improved upon. On street parking never worked for us, we got called by very angry people to move the car the 2 times we tried. We have managed to solve the situation by parking underground for a cost.

10/10 – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very spacious, modern, quiet. and exceptionally clean. It is fully equipped with everything needed for both short and long-term stays, including a complete kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and all the essentials. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything you need, while still being quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

What I liked * The location is excellent, in a great area of Aviatiei. * I really appreciated having a balcony. * The layout is very practical, with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room, making the apartment comfortable and functional. * The furniture is modern and, overall, the apartment has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. - The staff was really easy to communicate with and happy to fix things immediately.

The maintenance could be better. There were several small issues that made the apartment feel less well-maintained, such as loose or unfinished fixtures, the bathroom door scraping the floor, and some wall damage caused by the furniture. These are minor details, but they do affect the overall impression. * The kitchen was not well equipped for a longer stay. There was very little cookware, and we had to buy some everyday essentials ourselves. * I didn’t like having to specifically ask for water and coffee. I believe basic amenities should be provided as a standard and included in the accommodation price. * The towels did not meet the level of freshness I expected.
