My brother had a great stay at Airis Residence. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety. The staff provided two bottles of water every day and even lent him an adapter to charge his phone. His late check-in at around 1–2 a.m. was handled without any issues. The location is also very convenient—within walking distance of Forum Mall and nearby bars. Overall, great service and a great location!
Sabira was really helpful throughout the stay, and communication with her was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing.
A special mention to the reception—they were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
