On the whole a wonderful place to stay any time of the year. Everything was provided and the fact that we didn't need to contact the owner, is proof that it is very well set up.
A few minor details, such as there not being a lock on the bathroom door and the lack of curtains/blinds for the upstairs windows. I would also recommend taking the cleaning option for the hot tub of staying more than 3/4 nights.
