THE APARTMENT
The apartment includes a dining room, a kitchen, one bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds.
The BALCONY (8 metres long x 60 cm wide, so there's no space for a chair) offers partial views of both Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo.

GETTING AROUND
SPAGNA METRO STATION (LINE A) is just behind Piazza di Spagna. Minibuses run along nearby Via del Corso, and the apartment is also close to bus stops and a taxi rank. Guests arriving by car will find the SABA VILLA BORGHESE CAR PARK entrance nearby.
The tourist tax is not included in the price:
6 euro per person per night. It has to be paid upon check-in in cash, is not applicable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

We had great communication with the host from the moment we booked the flat. It was easy checking in and he was so kind and helpful as he showed us things. The location is wonderful…so close to the Spanish Steps, cafe’s, shops and restaurants. The elevator was in working order and the apartment accommodated our family of 4. I highly recommend this place!

The location of this flat is excellent, right in the heart of everything, about halfway between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps on Via del Babuino. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it’s an upscale part of town with many high-end stores. Taxis and Ubers are easy, and you’re close enough to walk almost anywhere.The flat itself was very comfortable. There are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a small sofa, the other with one large bed. Since there were 4 of us and only 3 beds, two people had to share the big bed as the sofa is too short for sleeping. The arrangement would be fine for a small family. There is no living room or any other sofa but there is a dining room with a square table and 4 sturdy chairs, so this is where we usually sat. The kitchen is sufficient and stocked, but we did not use it very much other than to store and reheat our leftovers. The bathroom is adequate with a good shower and enough towels. A washer and dryer in the flat is very convenient, and we made good use of these machines. The listing advertises AC but I think the host told us they are only for heat, not cooling. We didn’t need it as it was cool enough in early May to just open the windows.Check in was very easy and accommodating, and communication was great. A host met us at the flat when we arrived from the airport, gave us our keys and door code, showed us around the flat, and also gave us a map, a list of nearby restaurants and stores, and a bottle of wine!

The apartment was in a fantastic location and had everything needed for a great stay in Rome. The air conditioning is so great. The units are in each bedroom. They are very efficient so be sure to turn them off when you go out. It takes moments to get the rooms cool when you get back.
