Excellent hotel with friendly efficient staff in a convenient location - 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain, under 30 mins walk to colosseum etc, or the metro station is very close if you want to save your feet.
We stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the piazza and it was very quiet by Rome standards ie some police sirens were audible now and then but not a problem. Some other reviews mentioned noise from the metro passing underneath the hotel but this really wasn’t an issue and could barely be heard unless you were listening for it.
Although the rooms aren’t huge they are spacious enough for two and are modern, light and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are well maintained. The whole place is very clean and in good order.
The buffet breakfast was good and offered plenty of choice including some hot food options. Staff were always friendly and attentive.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would have no problem recommending this hotel to others.

Perfect location. An 8 min walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants near by and bus stop for hop on and off bus. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast is varied and so yummy! The hotel is clean and in a lovely area. We would definitely return. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Rome!
